Duration

Engagement sessions typically last between 45 minutes to one hour. If you'd like to extend the session, please let me know in advance.

Location

Our sessions are primarily conducted within the NYC area. If you have a specific location in mind outside this area, a travel fee will apply. Please contact me prior to your session to receive a travel quote.

Starting at Home

We love to begin our sessions in your home. This is a special time in your lives, and capturing you in your own space adds a unique and personal touch. If you're unsure about the natural light in your apartment, feel free to send a picture. Starting at home allows us to include your pets and explore your neighborhood for additional shots. Favorite local spots like bars, restaurants, or cafes can add a unique and personal element to your photos.

Timing

For the best lighting, we recommend scheduling your session in the morning or at sunset. If we're not starting at your home, please arrive a few minutes early to ensure we can make the most of our time together.

Simplicity is Key

Keep things light and simple. Avoid bringing large bags or items that might hinder the flow of the shoot. If you have a dog, they can be a wonderful addition to your session. Consider bringing a friend to help with your pet so you can have some moments just for the two of you.

What to Wear

Dress comfortably! Since we'll be walking, comfortable shoes are essential. Whether you choose to dress up or wear your daily attire, pick something that makes you feel good and reflects your personal style.

6. Exchange Place - Iconic views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River.

7. Van Vorst Park - A quaint, historic park with a gazebo and seasonal flower beds.

Hoboken

New York City

Please note that while I'm based in the NYC, Jersey City, and Hoboken areas, I'm happy to travel to other locations that are significant to you. For any engagement shoots outside of these areas, a travel fee will apply to cover the additional time and expenses.
